French Fridays

What a terrific way to start the new year.  I am a few days late, because I was under the weather.  I thought is was so easy to create, and I was so surprised by the smooth luscious texture.  The rosemary was a bit strong, so next time I will cut back a bit.  My husband liked it a lot too, but said it was a strange "game snack".  He is watching the play offs while I cook.  I hope you enjoy the pics.

French Fridays with Dorie

I created this Blog mainly to participate in a cook along experiment with Dorie Greenspan and her new cookbook Around My French Table, but now I am thinking, why not use it for all sorts of observations/meditations.

 I live in Winston-Salem, NC, love to cook and try new restaurants.  My husband will tell you I am a cookbook addict (I guess there are worse addictions).  So the idea is to actually put these cookbooks to good use.  I am going to try new recipes and products, take pictures along the way and post.  I hope you enjoy!
