French Fridays

What a terrific way to start the new year.  I am a few days late, because I was under the weather.  I thought is was so easy to create, and I was so surprised by the smooth luscious texture.  The rosemary was a bit strong, so next time I will cut back a bit.  My husband liked it a lot too, but said it was a strange "game snack".  He is watching the play offs while I cook.  I hope you enjoy the pics.
